AIS E-Filing System Error The BCFSA AIS E-Filing System requires you to enable JavaScript. JavaScript is used extensively to process your application.

To enable JavaScript within Internet Explorer, click Tools (menu) | Internet. Then click Security tab, select Internet (as the zone), click Custom Level button. Within the section titled "Active Scripting" (in the "Scripting" section), click Enable. Then click OK to exit the Security Settings window. Click OK to exit the Internet Options window. Press F5 or use View | Refresh menu to reload the page.

To enable JavaScript within Firefox, click Tools (menu) | Options. Then click Content tab, click Enable JavaScript. Click OK to exit the Options window. Press F5 or use Reload icon to reload the page.

If you are not comfortable enabling JavaScript to submit an electronic Actuarial Information Summary, you will have to mail in the completed report.
